We are open year round, even in the Winter months, when others are closed.
We are a local, privately owned and operated company and NOT some franchise with
nothing but an e-mail address and an answering service that advertises
nationwide and
then sub-contracts the work to others, who they have little control over.
OUR LOCATION:
We are located in Mclean, Virginia and service
Fairfax,
Loudoun, and Prince William Counties in Virginia, and Montgomery County in
Maryland. If you are not in one of these areas but are located in the
Metropolitan
Washington, DC area, give us a call anyway as we may have expanded since this
was
written.
OUR SERVICES:

Our mission is to provide outstanding service for most of your exterior cleaning
needs.
We say most, because there are two things we generally don’t clean: Awnings or
Windows. We leave those two things to companies who specialize in them.
We specialize in cleaning everything else.

SIDING CLEANING:
We clean Siding without high pressure. If done improperly, high pressure
cleaning can
blow vinyl siding strips right off of a house, cause water to be trapped between
the
siding and the insulation underneath it, and even remove paint or leave a
horribly
streaked mess when used on aluminum siding. At CleanSiding.com we use EPA
approved, Bio-degradable chemicals along with a low pressure application and
rinse to
safely and gently obtain the desired results without damaging your home.
As our name implies, we clean siding. All types of siding. So it does not matter
if your
siding is Aluminum, Vinyl, Composite, or Wood. No matter what it’s made of, we
can
make it clean again. And if your siding is wood, we can also apply a high
quality
,architectural grade, penetrating preservative finish to it for many years of
protection and
beauty.
PORCHES, PATIOS, and WALKWAYS:
We clean the mold and algae off of your front porches and walkways. Mold
and grime
which gets tracked into your home and onto your carpets and floors. Mold and
algae
that can make your steps not just unattractive, but slippery and dangerous as
well.
Mold, once tracked inside, can grow in the warm environment of your home in the
winter months as well as the rest of the year and trigger allergies. We
can make even
the moldiest, most algae covered steps, porches and patios as clean as the day
they
were built.

NOTE: If you are elderly, or have elderly relatives or visitors, slippery steps

We are open Monday- Friday for the actual performance of the work. You may call
us at
anytime of the night or day for an estimate, 7 days a week. If we are away from
the
phones, please leave us a message and we will return your call as promptly as
possible.
